Prak Phorn joined the revolution in 1973 and worked as combatant in Unit 170, Svay Rieng Province. In 1977, [Phorn][allegedly]was a member of the CIA and destroyed tractors, machinery equipment, plant ations and encouraged the combatants to conflict with other ministries.
