Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Khim Huot [allegedly]joined the revolution and was responsible for the Economic Section in Region 5. In 1973, [Khim Huot]was educated by Nai to spy on the Khmer Rouge. In 1974, [Huot]was educ ated again by Houng, an enemy security guard and provided economic supplies to the enemy, gathered 17 April forces to take over collectives, inspired people to escape to Thailand, starved people, and killed people and cadres on the pretext of being traitors. In 1977, [Khim Huot]was arrested by Angkar.
