Summary / Abstract :
|
Mok Som Ol, [allegedly]joined the CIA in 1964, indoctrinated people to hate the Khmer Rouge and spied on the Khmer Rouge. In 1975, while he was working in an anti-malaria hospital, he stole and destro yed medical equipment. He treated carelessly patients, did not provide medicine to patients and let them die. He continued these traitorous acts until he was arrested on 1 August, 1978.
