In 1972, Tuy Horn, [allegedly]served the revolution as Chief of Telephone Operator Team in Region 32 and later became a combatant. [Horn]joined the CIA in 1973. [Horn]built up CIA forces, destroyed ri ce crops and made plans to attack the party in the future.
