In 1973, Mok Khoeun joined the revolution as Vice Commander of a Brigade. In 1976, [Mok Khoeun][allegedly]joined the CIA, built up CIA forces, destroyed Angkar's property, wasted bullets just for plea sure, inspired conflict inside units, forced the masses to work hard without any breaks, exercised military power over combatants, and was opposed to the party, until arrested by Angkar.
