In 1967, Vaing It alias Horn, [allegedly]spied on the Khmer Rouge. In 1971, [It]entered the revolution as a youth in a region in Kampong Cham. In 1972, [It]moved to the Northern Zone. In 1975, [It]was a Chief of Commercial Group of New Market. [It]secretly shot cadres who did not agree to join the traitorous party. [It]put poison in food and water to kill youth to make Khmer Rouge lack of armed fo rces. Angkar arrested [Vaing It]in October 1975.
