Leok Hai made a confession about activities committed by Hem Saphoeun, who was the leader who attacked the party on September 30, 1976. [Sapheoun]betrayed the party from 1970, destroyed revolutonary f orces and secretly killed the QuarterSangkat chief in Prek Chrouk. During 1973-74, Leok Hai ordered soldiers to attack the enemy to enter the enemy 's defense line, in order that they will be killed b y the enemy; and ordered soldiers to run off from the battle, allowing tanks to smash everything. After the liberation day in 1975, Leok Hai incited each unit to conflict with Angkar, destroyed rice, contacted Chhouk and made reports and got plans to carry out a coup against the party on September 30, 1976.
