Summary / Abstract :
Seung Krin joined the revolution in Region 23 as a youth. In 1973, he joined the Free Khmer, then asked them to cease fire and give their weapons to the Free Khmer. During 1974-75, he built up traitor ous forces, ordered combatants to burn houses in Kampong Som, and took more than 200 people to be killed with the intent of siezing their property. [Seung Krin]distorted the revolution's line so that people thought the revolution was harsh, threw grenades to kill the revolution's leaders, and burned planes to destroy Chinese guests until arrested by Angkar.
