Includes a list of people who were involved; on page 1, contains a hand-written note in red pen, which reads: note: Previously, Hor was a spy and made a soid tie with troops [Lon Nol](Laos Kaseum, etc .)and Pang Khat at Phnom Dil. Summary / Abstract :
|
Chhim Meas alias Hoh contacted a Chief of Prey Chhor District after 1970 and reported to the troops (Lon Nol)to drop bombs on the revolution controlled area. After the Chief of Srok Prey Chhor died, [ Meas]went on to contact Phen, a security chief in the Southern Zone. In 1971, [Meas]was appointed Commander of 50-strong unit in Korng Meas District. At that time, [Meas]built up traitorous forces, di stributed foodstuff to the enemies, investigated the revolution's secrets or the enemies, and received many awards from the enemies. In late 1972, [Meas]became a Chief fo Company in Region 30. Then, [ Meas]together with the Security Chief of Region 306, harrassed the collectives, killed cattle for food, reported to the enemies to round up and evacuate people, and killled many forces in battle in Si em Reap before the liberation day.
