Summary / Abstract :
|
Mou Tuy who [allegedly]joined the revolution in 1970, was working in a Department in Region 4. In 1970, [Tuy]started to serve the CIA, reported on the Khmer Rouge and formed a traitorous network in th e revolution. In 1971, Tuy moved to Region 5 and worked as a soldier in an attempt to form a traitorous group to attack the revolution when Phnom Penh was liberated. In 1976, he encouraged people to e scape to Thailand and reported the location of the Khmer Rouge to the air force, so they could bombard those locations. On 27 June, 1977, he was arrested by Angkar.
