Summary / Abstract :

In 1975, Moeung Penh became a soldier in Division 920 in Kratie. In 1976, [Penh]joined the CIA in Mondul Kiri and inspired soldiers to run home. [Penh]caused arguments in collectives, expanded CIA for ces in the revolutionary army. In the same year, when Angkar arrested Yuon, [Penh]contacted Yuon's network and secretly released Yuon. Angkar arrest, [Moeung Penh]on 27 October, 1977.
