Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Commrade Eak Manh joined the revolution. [Manh]was assigned by Angkar to do a military technique course at Barai Mountain (Takeo). After [Manh]finished his course, [Manh]was assigned by Angka r to be commander of (Regional troop). In 1975 Angkar transferred him to be in charge of 3 Takeo. Division in Sihanoukville. During [Manh's]tenure in Sihanoukville, [Manh's]was educated by "Deon" agai nst the revolution. [Manh]built up anti-revolutionry forces among cardre and combatants to rebel against the revolution to destroy, the revolutionary interest especially destroying an immunition, and crops until Angkar arrested [Manh]in March, 1977.
