Hin Han, soldier of municipal commerce, confessed that in July 1975, Oeun convinced Reum to join the CIA and attended the meeting so as to receive a plot from Oeun to destroy the revolution.
ហ៊ិន ហាន យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង បាននិយាយថា នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ អឿន បាននាំ រឺម ចូលខ្មែរសេរី ហើយបានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី អឿន អោយបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ។
