Hotongho, born on 2 August 1917, at Taok Punley village, O-Mall sub-district, Battambang district, joined the CIA on 3rd January 1958 with He Len Prel and Dr. Zors Seary being a nominator and acceptor respectively. Later, Tongho and his network convinced teachers and staff members to join the CIA. In 1970, ministry of education transferred Tongho from office of pedagogy and was assigned to actinginspector of minister of education. On 2 August 1972, Tongho joined the revolution and led his normal live. From 1973 through 17 April 1975, Tongho and his family did farm at Ampil Prahaong, 3 kilometers away from Battambang provincial town. Tongho was not active in running objection and opposing the Angkar's plans. But anti-sentimental encouragement led to the criticism of Angkar. Tongho was captured by Angkar on 4 October 1977 and sent to Phnom Penh on 3 October 1977.
ហូ តុងហូ កើតថ្ងៃទី ២ សីហា ១៩១៧ នៅភូមិតោកពន្លៃ ឃុំអូម៉ាល់ ស្រុកបាត់ដំបង បានចូលអង្គការ សេអ៊ីអា ថ្ងៃទី ៣-១-១៩៥៨ ដែលមាន ហេ ឡែន ប្រែល ឧទេសនាម និងបណ្ដិត ហ្សស ស៊ារី ជាអ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ ។ ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ តុង ហូ និងបក្សពួកបានចលនាបំផុសសាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ និង បុគ្គលិគ ឯទៀតឱ្យ ចូលរួមក្នុង សេអ៊ីអា ។ ១៩៧០ ក្រសួងអប់រំជាតិបានផ្លាស តុងហូ ពីទីចាត់ការគរុកោសល្យ ហើយចាត់តាំងជាអធិការទីស្ដីការដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី ក្រសួងអប់រំជាតិ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី ២ ខែសីហា ១៩៧២ ទើប តុងហូ ចូលនិវត្ដន៍ រស់នៅជាប្រជាជនធម្មតា ។ ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ដល់១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ តុងហូ និងគ្រួសារបានទៅធ្វើចំការនៅ អំពិលប្រហោង ចំងាយ ៣គីឡូម៉ែតពីក្រុងបាត់ដំបង ។ តុងហូមិនមានសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងជំទាស់និងគំរោងការរបស់អង្គការទេ ប៉ុន្ដែទឹកចិត្ដប្រឆាំងបាននាំឱ្យចោលពាក្យតិទៀនអង្គការ។ តុងហូត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី៤-១០-១៩៧៧ បានបញ្ជូនមក ភ្នំពេញថ្ងៃទី៣-១០-១៩៧៧។
