Hin Han, soldier of municipal commerce said that in May 1975, Dek moved to work at Kampong Som state commerce unit. Dek also made connect with Thuy, and Thuy introduced him [Dek]to join a Free Khmer force in June 1975. As for Han, he was indoctrinated to join a Free Khmer force and was assigned to kill 2 cadres, Run and Ny, of state commerce by Dek.
ហ៊ិន ហាន យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុងបាននិយាយថា ដែក មកនៅ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មកំពង់សោមក្នុងខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ហើយបានទាក់ទងឈ្មោះ ធុយ និងបានចូលខ្មែរសេរីនៅខែ៦ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ តាមរយៈ ធុយ អ្នកនាំចូល។ ខ្លួនត្រូវបាន ដែក អប់រំអោយចូលខ្មែរសេរី ហើយដាក់ផែនការអោយសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ២នាក់ ឈ្មោះ រុន និង នី។
