Cambodia has taken a step to ward reducing its economic and political isolation by completing and economic and trade agreement with singapore. The agreement appear to be one more step in Cambodia's effort to bolster its ties with other southeast ASIAN nation amid its continuing border clashes with communist Vietnam.
