On march, AI renewed its appeal to the Government of Democratic Kampuchea to answer allegations of continuing summary killings by the authorities. I pointed out that the Government has, over the port 3 years, ignored communieations from concerned bodies inchuding AI, regarding reports of human right violation in Kampuchea.
