Vietnam has made an indirect but unmistakable call for the overthrow of the Cambodian Government. The call came in what is throught to be the first to Cambodian front line troops in their own language. It is the latest indication that Vietnam is launching a long term guerrilla Campuign against the regime of Cambodian Premier Pol Pot.
