Hang At aka Man confessed that he discussed the plot on April or September 1977 in Easter zone with Samoeun, Douen, Nha, Yet and Hel. In the huge plan of fighting to take over Phnom Penh, they made contact with Vietnamese troop in order to ask them for help. After finish the discussion, they went back to their place. On the anniversary of troop's birthday in January 1977, Man met Maren aka Nha and Yet at Borei Keila.
ហង់ អាត ហៅ ម៉ន បានសារភាពថាៈ ខ្លួន, សាមឿន, ឌឿន, ញ៉, យ៉េត, និង ហ៊ែល បានពិភាក្សាគ្នាអំពីផែនការក្បត់នៅខែ៤និងខែ៩-១៩៧៧ នៅភូមិភាគបូព៌ា។ ក្នុងគំរោងការធំវ៉ៃយកក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ព្រមទាំងបានទាក់ទងជាមួយយួន ដើម្បីយកទ័ពយួនមកជួយវ៉ៃ។ ពេលពិភាក្សាគ្នាហើយក៏បានបំបែកទៅកន្លែងរៀងៗខ្លួន។ ក្រោយមក នៅខែ១-១៩៧៧ ម៉ន បានជួប ម៉ារ៉េន ហៅ ញ៉, យ៉េត នៅបូរីកីឡាពេលបុណ្យកំណើតកងទ័ព។
