Hang Iech, 23, was a chief of platoon, battalion 102. In 1974, Sithan indoctrinated Iech to serve the Free Khmer movement and infiltrated into units to prepare for anti-revolutionary movement and communicate with Oung to carry out activities in unit. In August 1975, Oung assigned Iech to infiltrate into air forces unit 502 in preparation for overthrowing Phnom Penh in July 1976.
ហង់ អៀច អាយុ ២៣ ឆ្នាំប្រធានកងអនុសេនាតូចក្នុងវរសេនាតូច ១០២ ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ស៊ី ថុន បានដឹកនាំអប់រំ អៀច ឱ្យចូល បំរើចលនាខ្មែរសេរីបង្កប់នៅអង្គភាពធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងនឹងចលនា បដិវត្ដ និងបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ អ៊ូង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្នុងអង្គភាព។ ដល់ខែ៨-១៩៧៥ អ៊ូង បានចាត់តាំង អៀច ឱ្យទៅបង្កប់នៅ កងទ័ពអាកាស ៥០២ ចាំធ្វើសកម្មភាពវាយសង្គ្រប់ភ្នំពេញ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦។
