Hakk confessed that in 1970, he joined CIA. He was assigned to spy on the struggling movement of factory workers reported to Saom. In 1972-1973, Hakk reported the students group made a demonstration to Saom. In 1974, Thach Chea was killed because CIA's measure did not usefulness. After the liberation, [the traitorous network]did not care their activities because they were persuaded of having sexual misconduct and did not believe to each other.
ហាក់ បានសារភាពថាៈ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា យកការ ពីចលនាតស៊ូរបស់កម្មកររោងចក្ររាយការណីឱ្យសោម។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២-១៩៧៣ មានចលនាកូនសិស្ស និស្សិតធ្វើការបះបោរ ហាក់ បានរាយការណីឱ្យសោមទៀត។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ចលនា ខាងក្រៅវាយខ្លាំង ឯខាងក្នុងត្រូវទប់ចលនា តែទប់មិនបាន ក៏កើត ព្រឹត្ដិការណ៍សម្លាប់ ថាច់ ជា ពេលនោះវិធានការរបស់សេអ៊ីអា ច្រើនតែពុំសូវមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព។ ក្រោយរំដោះដោយសារតែ មានការបែកបាក់ដោយសារស្រីញី ហេតុនេះគេចយករួចតែរៀងៗ ខ្លួន នាំឱ្យមានការមិនទុកចិត្ដគ្នា ហើយគ្មានសកម្មភាពអ្វីឱ្យធំដុំទេ។
