Vietnam troops are exerting heavy pressure on Cambodia in the rubber plantation area on the Vietnamese border northeast of Phnom Penh in formed sources reported here. The insurgents are believed to be Cambodians trained in Vietnam and reinfictrated into Cambodia. The rubber plantations in the region always relied heavily on Vietnamese workers, and Vietnamese in fluence here is great.
