American and Vietnamese agents have helped foment threee unsuccessful coups againt the Cambodian government since the Khmer Rouge communist seized power in April 1975, Deputy Primier Ieng Sary said. The worst post-war problem has been hunger. Many people have died of starvation. In the course of the war, much damage occurred to our country . Many cattled and water buffalo were destroyed and therefore, we had a lack of food.
