On November 15-22, 1973, maybe 100 Khmer Communist armed forces gathered and evacuated a large of villagers to cut off small trees in order to set up 2 big fish-barriers at VU 824-203, VU 832-205, in Prek O Mall, sangkat Khla Krahim, Cheung Prey district, Kampong Cham province, most of the above fishes was sent to armed forces in Region 30, Zone 304.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៥-២២-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែល ១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានកេណ្ឌអ្នកស្រុកឱ្យទៅជួយកាប់ កូនឈើចំនួន១០ត្រាក់ទ័រ ដើម្បីយកទៅធ្វើជាឆ្នួសធំៗចំនួន២សម្រាប់ ចាប់ត្រីនៅព្រែកអូរម៉ាល់ ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៨២៤-២០៣, ៨៣២-២០៥ សង្កាត់ខ្លាក្រហឹម ស្រុកជើងព្រៃ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ចំណែកត្រីចាប់បានត្រូវខ្មាំងដឹកជញ្ជូនយកទៅផ្ដល់ឱ្យកងទ័ពខ្មាំងក្នុង តំបន់លេខ៣០ នៃភូមិភាគ៣០៤។
