A source reported that on June 12-13, 1973, two Khmer Battalions deployed along National Road 2 from VT 859-645, 899-640, 927-635 to VT 945-653. They designated a Battalion to cross National Road 2 at VT 887-645 and National Road 38 at VT 852-645 and hide near a small river from VT 835-650 to VT 828-656, Sangkat Sakk Sampeou, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province. They intended to attack the National Army Position in Dangkor district office and Prey Sar.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់ថា នៅថ្ងៃទី១២, ១៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ២កងវរសេនាតូចបានមករាយគ្នាតាមបណ្ដោយផ្លូវជាតិលេខ២ ចាប់ពី វ៉េតេ ៨៥៩-៦៤៥, ៨៩៩-៦៤០, ៩២៧-៦៣៥ រហូតដល់ វ៉េតេ ៩៤៥-៦៥៣។ ពួកវាបានចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងរបស់ពួកវា ១កងវរសេនាតូចឆ្លងកាត់ តាមថ្នល់ជាតិលេខ២ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៨៧-៦៤៥ និងថ្នល់ជាតិ៣៨ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៥២-៦៤៥ ដើម្បីទៅលាក់ ខ្លួនតាមមាត់ស្ទឹង ចាប់ពីវ៉េតេ ៨៣៥-៦៥០ រហូតដល់វ៉េតេ ៨២៨-៦៥៦ ក្នុងសង្កាត់សាក់សំពៅ ស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ពួកវាមានបំណងវាយប្រហារទីតាំងការពារយើង នៅក្នុងសាលាស្រុកដង្កោ និងព្រៃសរ។
