A source reported that on 13 June 1973, 300 Khmer Rebel Armed Forces dressed in black traveled from National Road 3 at VT 780-597 and crossed National Road No. 2. The enemies were divided into 4 groups of 150 men each and were deployed in Ampoeu Prey village at VT 909-816.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ប្រមាណ៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ សម្លៀកបំពាក់ខ្មៅ មានពាក់មួក បានចុះមកពីផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧៨០-៥៩៧ រួចឆ្លងកាត់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ២ដោយចែកគ្នាជា៤ក្រុម។ ១៥០នាក់រាយ គ្នានៅភូមិ អំពៅព្រៃ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៩០៩-៨១៦។
