Hum Huor, deputy chief of company, battalion 113, regiment 11, division 310, confessed that Rong always carried out anti-revolutionary activities at all battlefields. Rong ordered to the soldiers to pull out from defending line while the enemy attacked the front line. The result, he caused some soldiers were arrested by enemy and some were killed.
ហ៊ុំ ហួរ អនុប្រធានអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ១១៣ វរសេនាធំ ១១ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថា នៅគ្រប់សមរភូមិ ទាំង អស់ឈ្មោះ រ៉ុង តែងធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់បដិវត្ដ។ ដូចជានាំគ្នាដក ថយពេលខ្មាំងបុកខ្សែត្រៀម ជាលទ្ធផលធ្វើឱ្យខ្មាំងចាប់មិត្ដយើងបាន និងពលីមិត្ដយើងអស់មួយចំនួន។
