A source reported that from 16-17 June 1973, 300 Khmer Rebels departed from Tuol Prich VT 763-588 Sangkat Peang Veng and then hid themselves in sangkat Daem Russei and Bateah Lang VT 757-647, 762-636 and 788-679, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ទៅ១៧ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួនប្រហេល៣០០នាក់ មានអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានចេញពីភូមិ ទួលពេ្រច ត្រង់វ៉េតេ៧៦៣-៥៨៨ សង្កាត់ពាំងវែង រួចចូលលាក់ខ្លួន នៅសង្កាត់ដើមឫស្សី និងប្រទះឡាងត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧៥៧-៦៤៧, ៧៦២-៦៣៦, ៧៨៨-៦៧៩ ស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
