On April 17, 1974, Segeant Major Seng Sovan, interrogated Suos Sem. It was determined that he was not an enemy soldier perse. He had, however, been arrested for buying food for them.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ព្រិន្ទបាលឯក សេង សុវណ្ណ បានសួរចម្លើយជនជាប់ចោទម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ សួស សែម។ ដោយយោងទៅតាមការសួរចម្លើយជននេះមិនមែនជាអ្នកបម្រើ ឱ្យខ្មាំងទេ។ ហេតុផលដែលត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួន ព្រោះជននេះបានត្រូវខ្មាំងប្រើឱ្យទិញរបស់របរ និងម្ហូបអាហារ។
