On December 6, 1973, about 500 Khmer Communist armed forces under command of Phaly, moved from Roka Kaong, and divided themselves into 2 groups to deploy in villages, Phnom Del province. About 250 Khmer Communist armed forces hasd hidden at VT 875-955, in Anlong Sleng village and some 250 aKhmer Communist armed forces had hidden at VT 855-946, in Prek Russei village to VT 840-937, in Prek Taprom village. The enemies were about to smash National Army base in Prek Pnao in the future.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៦-ធ្នូ-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ផល្លី បានធ្វើចលនា ចេញពីរកាកោងមកបំបែកគ្នាជា២ក្រុម ចូលមកស្នាក់នៅរាយគ្នាក្នុង ខេត្ដភ្នំដិល។ ខ្មាំង២,៥០០នាក់ បង្កប់ខ្លួនក្នុងភូមិអន្លង់ស្លែង ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨៧៥-៩៥៥ ហើយ២៥០នាក់ទៀតបង្កប់ខ្លួនចាប់ពីភូមិព្រែកឫស្សីត្រង់វេតេ ៨៥៥-៩៤៦ រហូតដល់ភូមិព្រែកតាព្រុំ វេតេ៨៤០-៩៣៧។ ពួកខ្មាំងប្រុងវាយប្រហារទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិនៅព្រែកព្នៅក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗ។
