500 Yuon Viet Cong and Khmer Rebels from Unit 3 dressed in black uniforms, under the command of Ke Soeun and Tam Sat, equipped with PMAC guns, 82 mm mortars, 60 mm mortars, B-40 guns and other kinds of guns, dug trenches and set up shelters in Tram Ses UV 253-963, 251-943 in Sangkat Thnom, Mong district, Battambang province. The above enemies attempted to attack the National Army in Kuoch Chi Dei [village] a short time later.
ពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម និងយួនខាងជើងប្រមាណ៥០០នាក់ ក្នុងសំលៀក បំពាក់ពណ៌ខ្មៅ ក្នុងអង្គភាពលេខ៣ ក្រោមមេបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ កេ សឿន និង តាំ សាត របដាប់ដោយអាវុធប៉េអឹមអាសេ១ដើម, កាំភ្លើងត្បាល់៨២មីលីម៉ែត្រ ១ដើម, ៦០មីលីម៉ែត្រ ៣ដើម, បេ៤០ ចំនួន៣ដើម និងអាវុធទំនើបផេ្សងៗទៀតបានមកជីកលេណដ្ឋានតាំង ជំរកក្នុងភូមិតាំសេះ ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយវ៉េ២៥៣-៩៦៣, ២៥១-៩៤៣ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ថ្នំ ស្រុកមោង «បាត់ដំបង»។ ពួកខ្មាំងនេះប្រុងវាយទីតាំង កងទ័ពជាតិនៅគួចជីដីក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
