Heang Chhan confessed that the White Khmer carried out activities to keep trace of cadres and steal rice to supply the guerrillas. In April 1975, the group of the White Khmer convened a 3-member meeting to concoct plots to steal guns and materials.
ហ៊ាង ឆន បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាខ្មែរសបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពតាមដាន កម្មាភិបាលនិងយកអង្ករទៅឱ្យពួកព្រៃ។ នៅខែ៤-១៩៧៥ ក្រុមខ្មែរ សប្រជុំគ្នាមានសមាជិក៣នាក់ពីការរៀបចំផែនការលួចកាំភ្លើងនិងសម្ភារៈផេ្សងៗ។
