Heang Chorn was persuaded by Pen Ngauv to flee to Vietnam. The purpose was that to set up the army in order to take over the revolutionary authority in the future, because they were supported by Viet Kong and Khmer-Kampuchea Kraom.
ហ៊ាង ជន ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន ង៉ូវ អូសទាញឱ្យរត់ទៅស្រុកយួន ដើម្បីរៀបចំបង្កទ័ព ក្រោមការឧបត្ថមរបស់ពួកយៀកកុង និងខ្មែរ កម្ពុជាក្រោម វាយដណ្ដើមយករដ្ឋអំណាចពីបដិវត្ដវិញ នៅពេលខាង មុខ។
