Khmer Viet Congs called in there Military place as a Strategy Training Center at 504-332 in Khley village, Baseth sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province. There were 1,200 trainees in the center.
នៅឃុំបសេដ្ឋ ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ខ្មាំងខ្មែរយៀកកុងបាន តាំងកន្លែងនោះជាកន្លែងហាត់ហ្វឺកហ្វឺនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ គឺនៅក្នុងភូមិឃ្លៃ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ៥០៤-៣៣២។ នៅក្នុងមណ្ឌលហាត់ហ្វឹកហ្វឺននោះ មានសិស្សដែលកំពុងតែរៀនមានចំនួន១២០០នាក់។
