Hum Huor, Deputy Chief of Company, Division 310, and Sok Hon, Cadre of Division 310 office, confessed that Khan, Logistical Battalion of Division 310, attended a meeting to receive the plot from Sam Buor in 1972. In 1973, Khan received Mon's plots to carry out activities the defending line, convince soldiers to flee from their line and destroy the revolutionary forces.
ហ៊ុំ ហួ អនុប្រធានអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ និង សុខ ហុន កម្មាភិបាលមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ខន ភស្ដុភារ វរសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ឈ្មោះ សំ បូរ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧២។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខន ទទួលផែនការពី ម៉ុន ឱ្យបន្ដសកម្មភាពរត់ចោលខ្សែត្រៀមបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោល ជួរ និងធ្វើសកម្មភាពពង្រិចពង្រិលកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។
