Yuon Viet Cong bought rice from people in O Reang Ov. They then stored the rice in Seng Iek's rice mill, which was located at WU 556-036, Ampil Tapork sub-district, Koh Soten district, Kampong Cham province.
យួនយៀកកុងបានដើររកទិញស្រូវ អង្ករ ពីប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងតំបន់អូររាំងឪ ដើម្បីយកទៅស្ដុកទុកក្នុងរោងម៉ាស៊ីនកិនស្រូវមួយកន្លែង ដែលជាកម្មសិទ្ធិរបស់ឈ្មោះ សេង អៀក ស្ថិតនៅចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៥៥៦-០៣៦ ឃុំអំពិលតាពក ស្រុកកោះសូទិន ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។
