On March 21-22, 1973, 50 Khmer Viet Cong Armed Forces with black and Khaki uniforms under the command of Bak Huot, came to stay in Raluos village at VT 516-526, Sangkat Krang Ambel, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province. The enemies intended pursue the local people and return them to places under their control.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១-២២ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល ៥០នាក់ ស្លៀកពាក់ខ្មៅខ្លះ តេ្រអ៊ីខ្លះ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ បាក់ ហួត ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិរលួស ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៥១៦-៥២៦ សង្កាត់ក្រាំងអំបិល ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ខ្មាំងមានបំណងធ្វើការទាក់ទង និងពន្យល់អ្នកស្រុក ដើម្បីឱ្យវិលត្រឡប់ ទៅកាន់តំបន់វាកាន់កាប់វិញ។
