On April 24, 1973, Khmer Viet Cong under the command of Ta Mok, At Chuon, and Ta Men, had a meeting in Pong Tek village at 622-855, Sangkat Chan Sen, Pang Lvea district, Kirirom province. They discussed on plan to attack Tuol Liep Railway Region. The source said that the enemies designated their village committee to collect 5 Kampongs (Cambodian measure) of rice from each house in the region under their control.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងដែលមានឈ្មោះ តាម៉ុក, អាត់ជួន, តាម៉ែន បាន ចាត់ចែងរួមប្រជុំមួយនៅភូមិពងទឹក ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦២២-៨៥៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ចាន់សែន ស្រុកពាំងល្វា ខេត្ដគីរីរម្យ ស្ដីពីការវាយប្រហារ នៅតំបន់រថភ្លើងទួលលៀប។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះ បានចាត់ឱ្យគណៈកម្មការភូមិដើររៃអង្ករ ពីអ្នកស្រុកនៅតាមភូមិនានា ក្នុងតំបន់ដែលខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់ក្នុងផ្ទះនីមួយៗចំនួន៥កំប៉ុង។
