Koem Sean alias Ky, Khmer, who joined the revolution
on February 1974, as a Logistic Member of Company 1, Battalion 406, Region 31, Zone 304, defected to the National Army in the headquarters of Battalion 13, Brigade 406. ឈ្មោះ គឹម ស៊ាន ហៅ គី ជាជនជាតិខ្មែរ បានចូលបម្រើបដិវត្ដកាល ពីខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានមុខងារជាសមាជិកភស្ដុភារ កងអនុសេនាធំទី១ កងវរសេនាតូចលេខ៤០៦ តំបន់៣១ ភូមិភាគ៣០៤ បានចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅទីបញ្ជាការកងវរសេនាតូច១៣ កងពលតូចលេខ៤០៦។
