On April 16, 1971, military forces in Chassing Battalion 249, standing in Kampong Trabek region, Prey Veng province arrested, Sa Koy, while he was ridding motor bike [Tomos #PP-19232]. He was suspected of being a Viet Cong Agent. He confessed that he really had served to the Viet Cong movement as Deputy Chief of Acting Front Party, was standing by in Spean village, Chi Chuch sub-district, Mesang district, Prey Veng province. He also had a duty to incourage local people to love Viet Congs and Front Troops.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ យោធាក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូចផ្នែក ប្រដេញលេខ២៤៩ ប្រចាំការនៅតំបន់កំពង់ត្របែក ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង បានចាប់ឈ្មោះ ស កយ ពេលដែលឈ្មោះនេះកំពុងតែជិះម៉ូតូម៉ាក តូម៉ាស លេខភ៩-១៩២៣២ ដោយសង្ស័យថា បានធ្វើភ្នាក់ងារឱ្យពួកយៀកកុង។ ប្រភពបានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនពិតជាបានបម្រើក្នុងចលនាយៀកកុងមែន គឺក្នុងឋានៈជាទីស្ដីការរងបក្សរណសិរ្សប្រចាំភូមិស្ពាន ឃុំជីជុច ស្រុកមេសាង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង ហើយមាននាទីដើរ ឃោសនាបំផុសបំផុលអ្នកស្រុក ឱ្យចេះស្រឡាញ់យៀកកុង និងកងទ័ព រណសិរ្ស។
