On March 27, 1971, the National Army in Puti Sen Operation Unit fought with Viet Congs in Preah Mountain, Toek Haut sub-district, Rolie Phaie district, Kampong Chhnang province. After the fighting, the National Army arrested a Vietnamese named Ngvieng Yang Vang. The subject confessed that he had served in the Viet Cong movement for 20 days and that there were 1,000 Viet Congs and Khmers in his unit.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ កងទ័ពជាតិក្នុងក្រុមប្រតិបត្ដការ ពុទ្ធិសែនបានជួបប្រយុទ្ធជាមួយខ្មាំងយៀកកុងនៅភ្នំព្រះ ឃុំទឹកហូត ស្រុករលាប្អៀរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ ក្រោយពេលប្រយុទ្ធកងទ័ពជាតិ ចាប់បានយួនយៀកកុងម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ង្វៀង យ៉ាំង វ៉ាង ជាតិយួន។ ប្រភពបានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនបានចូលបម្រើក្នុងចលនាយួនយៀកកុង អស់រយៈពេល២០ថ្ងៃមកហើយ ហើយក្រុមដែលប្រភពបាន ចូលនោះមានទ័ពទាំងអស់១០០០នាក់ លាយចម្រុះគ្នា (យួន និងខ្មែរ)។
