Military Policemen of Administrative Division of district 8 arrested, Men Saroeun, alias Chre, after reveiving a lawsuit from OT Kan, indicating that Sarouen, had served in the Khmer Viet Cong movement for along time and conducted a lot of activities to satisfy the enemies. The Military police investigated and found a copy of TD 60, dated May 17, 1971, and a copy of his address 210 dated June 5, 1970. After being interrogated, he said that he was not Khmer Viet Cong but a citizen who had been forced to serve the victory during the country encounted insecurity.
តម្រួតយោធានិគមទី៨ បានឃាត់ខ្លួនជនឈ្មោះ ម៉ែន សារឿន ហៅជេ្រ ជាបន្ទាន់បន្ទាប់ពីបានទទួលលិខិតបណ្ដឹងរបស់ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុត កាន មក ឈ្មោះខាងលើបានចូលបម្រើក្នុងចលនាខ្មែរយៀកកុងជាយូរមកហើយ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពផេ្សងៗជាច្រើនមកលើប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ដើម្បីផ្គាប់ចិត្ដពួកខ្មាំង។ បន្ទាប់ពីការចាប់ខ្លួនប្រភពមក តម្រួតយោធានិគមទី៨ ក៏បានធ្វើការឆែកឆេរ ហើយបានប្រទះឃើញ នៅជាប់ខ្លួនប្រភពមានលិខិតសម្គាល់ខ្លួន១សន្លឹក លេខ៦០ ចុះថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ និងលិខិតបញ្ជាក់ទីលំនៅ១សន្លឹកទៀត លេខ២១០ ចុះថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ក្រោយពីការសាកសួរចម្លើយប្រភពបានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនមិនមែនខ្មែរយៀកកុងទេ គឺជាប្រជាជនធម្មតាម្នាក់ ដែលពីមុនត្រូវពួកខ្មាំងយៀកកុង បង្ខំឱ្យធ្វើការជាមួយក្នុងអំឡុងពេល ដែលស្រុកកើតមានអសន្ដិសុខ។
