According to a letter No. 155, from the General Staff dated on March 13, 1974, Khmer Communists under 18 years old would be exempted from formal charges and should be sent to the Ministry of National Solidarity to Educating.
យោងតាមកំណត់ចាត់ការលេខ១៥៥ ចុះថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៃអគ្គសេនាធិការសី្ដពីខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដដែលមានអាយុតិចជាង១៨ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវលើកលែងទោសចោទប្រកាន់។ ហើយត្រូវបញ្ជូនយុវជន និងយុវនារីទាំងនោះទៅក្រសួងមហាសាមគី្គ ដើម្បីអប់រំ។
