According to a letter numbered 1972-5087 & 5147-2nd B/EMG/FANK, dated on October 04, 1974, 20 youths under 18 years old, were delivered to the Solidarity Ministry, they were freed and returned to live with their relatives.
យោងតាមលិខិត១៩៧២-៥០៨៧ និង៥១៤៧ ទី២បេ-អឺអ៊ឹមហេ្ស-អេហ្វអាអ៊ិនកា ចុះថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ក្រសួងមហាសាមគី្គ បានទទួលយុវជនខ្មាំងចំនួន២០នាក់ ដែលមានអាយុតិចជាង១៨ឆ្នាំ ដើម្បីមកធើ្វការអប់រំណែនាំព្រមទាំងបើក សិទិ្ធសេរីភាពគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ដល់ពួកគេក្នុងការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរួមរស់ជាមួយញាតិមិត្ដវិញ។
