According to a letter numbered 155 ANSN-N5, dated on March 13, 1974, Khmer Communists of Prisoner of War under 18 years old, Van, were sent to Education Center.
យោងតាមកំណត់ចាត់ការលេខ១៥៥ អនសន-ន ចុះថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ យុវជនឈើ្លយសង្គ្រាមខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដអាយុ ក្រោម១៨ឆ្នាំ ចំនួន៧នាក់ដែលមាន វ៉ាន់ ត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនមកប្រមូល ផ្ដុំនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអប់រំ។
