On May 4, 1973, about 400 Khmer Viet Congs Armed Forces, including some women, came to and mingle with local people in Prey Ro Ngieng village at VT 089-562, Sangkat Ang Popel , Kong Pisey district of Kampong Speu province. The enemies were about to attack the National Army position in Banteay Angkrang fortress in the future.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រមាណ ៤០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ ក្នុងនោះមានស្រីមួយចំនួន បានចូលមកស្នាក់នៅ និងបន្លំខ្លួនជាអ្នកស្រុកក្នុងភូមិព្រៃរងៀង ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៦៨៩-៥៦២ ក្នុងសង្កាត់អង្គពពេល ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ពួកខ្មាំង ខាងលើនេះមានបំណងប្រុងវាយប្រហារ ទីតាំងកងទ័ពយើងនៅបន្ទាយអង្គ្រង ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
