On September 10, 1973, Pen Sambat, was arrested in Sarika Keo sub-district by Khmer Marine Corps for conspiracy to kill a soldier and for serving the Khmer rebels.
ឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន សម្បត្ដិ ត្រូវបានកងនារីខ្មែរ ចាប់ខ្លួននៅឃុំសារិកាកែវ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ពីបទសមគំនិតសម្លាប់ទាហាន និងបានធ្វើជាខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម។
