On June 23, 1971, about 100 North Yuon Viet Congs including Khmer-Yuon Viet Congs built headquarters at VT 863-283, in Cham Yaong village, And they stored a lot of foodstuffs in Doeng village, sangkat Kanlai. The enemies were about to smash National Army base in Chiso mointain.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៣-មិថុនា-១៩៧១ យៀកកុងចំរុះខ្មែរប្រហែល ១០០នាក់ បានមកតាំងមូលដ្ឋាននៅភូមិចំយោម ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៦៣-២៨៣។ ពួកវាប្រុងវាយប្រហារទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិនៅភ្នំជីសូ និងប្រមូលស្បៀងជាច្រើនទៅទុកនៅភូមិដឹង សង្កាត់កន្លៃ។
