In regard to Seang Song Heng and Moeng Sophann: they were engaged in thieving activities. One of them engaged in theft of rice, while the other stole sugar. Having been taken through re-education, one of them ran away to Tram Kak Commune, while the other, Moeng Sophann, escaped to Popel Commune. Both of them were captured and transferred to Nhaeng Nhang Commune and later to the custody of the organization. The Angkar disciplined the two by making them carry loads of soil without enough food for their stomachs. Due to the hardships they faced in the work assignment, they thought of betraying Angkar and running away again. They were caught again by Angkar.
ស្ដីពី សៀង សុងហេង និង មុឺង សុផាន់ គាត់ទាំងពីរនាក់នេះបានធ្វើសកម្មភាព ម្នាក់លួចអង្ករ ម្នាក់ទៀត លួចស្ករ ក្រោយពីធ្វើការអប់រំ បានរត់ទៅដល់ឃុំត្រាំកក់ រីឯម្នាក់ទៀត មុឹង សផាន់ រត់ទៅដល់ឃុំពពេល គាត់ទាំងពីរនាក់ចាប់បញ្ជូនមកឃុំញ៉ែងញ៉ង រួចអង្គការឃុំបានបញ្ជូនមកតែម្តង។ អង្គការ បានដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មឱ្យរែកដី តែឱ្យបាយស៊ីមិនឆ្អែក។ ដោយខ្លួនគាត់គ្រាំទ្រធ្វើការងារនេះតទៀតមិនបានក៏មានគំនិតក្បត់រត់ទៀត។ តែត្រួវ អង្គការចាប់បានម្តងទៀត។
