On August 23, 1971, National Chasing Battalion 141, arrested Nut Mut, conspired with a Khmer Viet Cong member Nut Pot, his elder brother. Mut was sent to the Second Bureau, and confessed that Nut Pot, had a friend, Men Po, who was a Khmer Rouge Chief. Mut had ordered by the two chiefs to watch the National Army pass over in Thmor Kaol, Sangkat Svay, Kean Svay District, Kandal Province, to report back to them.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ កងវរសេនាតូចទាហានប្រដេញ លេខ១៤១ របស់កងទ័ពជាតិបានចាប់ឈ្មោះ នុត មុត ពីបទសមគំនិត ជាមួយខ្មែរយៀកកុងឈ្មោះ នុត ពត ដែលត្រូវជាបងបងើ្កតមកកាន់ ការិយាល័យទី២។ ប្រភពបានសារភាពថា មានមិត្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ម៉ែន ប៉ូ ហើយអ្នកទាំងពីរសុទ្ធតែមេខ្មែរក្រហម មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះប្រភពបាន ទទួលបញ្ជាពីលើអ្នកទាំងពីរ (ខ្មាំង) ឱ្យនៅចាំឃ្លាំមើលផ្លូវទាហានជាតិ ជិះឡានកាត់តាមថ្មគោល សង្កាត់ស្វាយ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ដើម្បីទៅរាយការណ៍ឱ្យពួកខ្មាំង។
